Hey how have you been? We've made it to yet another Friday, and the Friday before Christmas. A time to give thanks for the birth of Jesus Christ and give out presents of love to loved ones. If you like anything from my store please, by no means don't be shy!

Ah but onto the art piece at hand, the hot topic of the day, "Sassy Sketches". This is another sketch piece I did to get in touch with my creative juices.
Our crouching sasstress on the left has a bit more of a club vibe versus the classy Lady on the right. Yet, the looks their giving... Two different looks. Maybe even two different worlds that are really one.
When I was in high school and found out about manga; for those who don't know it's just the name of a Japanese comic book. I found this one mangaka called Ai Yazawa, she's most famous for the manga called Nana. My favorite series of hers is Paradise Kiss. I adored her fashion sense and influences of Vivienne Westwood, punk (specifically in Nana), Lolita, Fairy/Visual Kei, Glam Rock, Elegant Aristocrat Style, French casual, and Retro Futuristic. To this day I'm still influenced by this and try to also give my own twist to it in my own art. That is what we do as artists; we show off our own interpretation of a thing.
I go on that whole rant to say, I love multiple styles. Also why I probably went in the direction of having both girls in two different fashion styles.
Plus, how many of us have a friend or know of two friends who are opposites style wise! How we look isn't everything, it shows the world how we wanna be perceived yet, is it who we are entirely?

Here is our Saucy Gal

Here is Ms. Valeria
A thought to leave you all on! Thank you for stopping by and again, feel free to browse the website for these two wonderful ladies! I know we have Saucy Gal printed on a pink shirt yet, Ms. Valeria hasn't yet been printed out...
But she will!
Toodles Doodles!
